Please allow at least 1 hour for car park check in, parking and transfer

Stop at the security lodge, and show your booking reference. You will then be directed down to Budget Airport Parking Reception. Park in the arrivals lane, and then take your booking voucher confirmation slip into reception (DO NOT UNLOAD YOUR VEHICLE). You will also need your vehicle registration details. Once checked in, you will be then given your return details and contact number. Wait back in your vehicle, and the next bus to leave the car park, will pull along side your vehicle. The driver will unload your luggage, into the minibus for you, and then you follow him in your car onto the car park, where he will show you where to park. He will advise you of what area you have parked in for your return.

We are authorised to pick up and drop off right at Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

When you have got your luggage, cleared customs and got into the arrivals hall of Manchester Airport, phone reception, on the free phone number given on booking in at reception.

Terminal 1: Exit The Arrival Hall, Turn Left And Then Walk Along The Pavement To Bus Stop 2.

Terminal 2: Exit the Arrivals Hall, Turn Right and Wait At Concrete Pillar Number 9.

Terminal 3: Exit The Arrival Hall, Turn Left. Cross onto the Central Pavement and Wait at the Brown Bus Shelter.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week 365 days per year.

Approx 15 minutes depending on time of day (Rush Hour).

The buses leave the car park frequently. We recommend that you arrive at the car park 1hr before your check in gate opens, this giving you plenty of time to check in at reception, park up and then transfer to the airport.

There is disabled access to reception & also disabled toilet facilities at reception. There is limited disabled access to at least 1 bus if required.

If you have booked through another booking agent, you need to contact them. If you book direct, contact head office (01603 620720 Email:rcp@rcpparking.com) and they will issue you a receipt.

Yes you can pay over the phone by credit card. We recommend that you use our web site www.rcpmanchester.co.uk for additional security.

All transaction information passed between Budget Airport Parking sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Contact head office (Tel: 01603 620720 Email:rcp@rcpparking.com), and they will issue you with a transaction code number.

As long as you arrive at the car park with a booking confirmation, we will accept your booking.

There is no height restriction, but if you have a long wheelbase vehicle, or a trailer, two spaces will be charged.

As we only operate 16 seat mini buses, we advise that you drop them off at the airport, with your passengers, and then just bring your vehicle to the car park.
