- How long before checking time should I arrive
at the car park?
Please allow at least 1 hour for car park check in, parking and transfer
- What is the arrival procedure?
Upon arrival at the car park, Park at the bays sign posted CHECK-IN. Stop at the reception, and show your booking reference. Once checked in, you will be then given your return details and contact number. Download luggage & passengers by the bus. You will then park your car in the main car park and walk back to get on the bus. Note: in busy times we may have to retain your car keys.
- Drop Off / Pick Up Points?
We are authorized to pick up & drop off right at Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
- What is the return procedure?
1.When you have got your luggage, cleared customs and got into the arrivals hall of Manchester Airport, phone reception, on the free phone number given on booking in at reception.
Terminal 1: Exit The Arrival Hall, Turn Left And Then Walk Along The Pavement To Bus Stop 1.
Terminal 2: Out of main doors, turn left and walk down to concrete pillar number 1.
Terminal 3: Exit The Arrival Hall, Turn Left. Cross onto the Central Pavement and Wait at the Brown Bus Shelter.
- What are the opening hours?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week 365 days per year.
- How far is the car park from the Airport?
Approx less than 5 minutes (1.9 miles).
- How frequent are the airport transfers and how
much time should I allow?
The buses leave the car park frequently. We recommend that you arrive at the car park 1hr before your check in gate opens, this giving you plenty of time to check in at reception, park up and then transfer to the airport.
- Are there any disabled facilities?
Currently we do not have any disabled transportation facilities.
- How do I obtain a VAT or credit/debit card receipt?
If you have booked through another booking agent, you
need to contact them. If you book direct, contact head
office (01603 620720 Email:rcp@rcpparking.com)
and they will issue you a receipt.
- Can I pay over the phone?
Yes you can pay over the phone by credit card. We recommend
that you book on our web site www.rcpmanchester.co.uk.
- How secure is your website?
All transaction information passed between Budget Airport Parking sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
- I booked online but haven't received a confirmation
by email, what should I do?
Contact head office (Tel: 01603 620720 Email:rcp@rcpparking.com),
and they will issue you with a transaction code number.
- Can I book at short notice?
Yes you can turn up at the car park and pay.
- Does the car park have a height restriction?
There is no height restriction, but if you have a long
wheelbase vehicle, or a trailer, two spaces will be charged.
- Can I take skis, surfboards or other similar large
equipment on the shuttle bus?
As we only operate 16 seat mini buses, we advise that
you drop them off at the airport, with your passengers,
and then just bring your vehicle to the car park.

- Do I Leave My Car Keys or Take Them With Me?
RCP Budget Airport Parking Ltd, operate a "Self Park"
car park, where you take your vehicles keys with you. In busy times we may have to retain your car keys.
